FAQs

This page contains answers to some of the questions our client base frequently ask us when they inquire about our centerless grinders. If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, please contact us.

What is the difference between a used machine and a retrofit machine?

Used machines are often handed over as is, with the minimum necessary inspections and maintenance, in principle. By modernizing equipment, we are able to offer products that are comparable to new products at low prices. See our retrofits here.

How can I consult with you regarding the automation of the new production line?

We provide optimal FA solutions that make use of the know-how related to parts transportation that we have cultivated as a grinder manufacturer. Please contact us for details.

How can I request a machine repair or overhaul?

Please contact the sales or service department in charge or click here.

Do you have information about processing accuracy?

Regarding machining accuracy, we will consider various conditions such as the target workpiece and material, so please contact us for details.

Do you have information regarding an introduction case?

You can find information about case studies on this page.

How long does delivery take, and how much does it cost?

Most of our products offer grinding machines that meet the needs of each customer. In addition, the composition of the product changes depending on the processing conditions, so please contact us for details.

We are thinking of introducing equipment to overseas factories. What is your support system like?

In addition to bases in Japan, we have subsidiaries in the United States and Thailand. In Japan, I will be in charge of East Asia such as China, Taiwan, and Korea, South Asia such as India, and Europe. The subsidiary in the United States serves North, Central and South America, and the subsidiary in Thailand provides prompt maintenance as a service base in Southeast Asia. In recent years, we have also established a remote service method that utilizes the web, and we provide support that is not constrained by distance or time.

Can you do test grinding (prototype processing)?

We have about 20 test machines, and we have an environment where you can process the customer’s workpiece on the actual machine and check whether the client’s requirements can be met. The test grinding performed here is not just about whether it can be processed, but also a trial and error process to establish unprecedented grinding technology and grinding processes. There are many innovative grinding technologies born from this trial, and we believe that it is an important process that greatly contributes to improving the productivity of our customers. If you are considering test grinding, please feel free to contact us.

Can you do commissioned processing?

As a grinder maker, we have extensive processing equipment to meet your requirements for small lots, delivery times, and low costs. Please contact us for details.

Do you have product introductions and information sessions?

Our company does not host product briefings, but we exhibit demonstration machines at the Japan International Machine Tool Fair (JIMTOF) and Mechatronics Technology Japan (MECT). We also exhibit at overseas exhibitions and trade fairs such as IMTS held in Chicago and EMO held in Europe. Please visit our booth when the exhibition is held.
